Latex names Lorelli CEO

SHELTON, CONN. —

Latex Foam International has named Michael Lorelli to the posts of president and CEO.

His 20 years of experience includes turns as president of a $1.5 billion PepsiCo operating company, president of PepsiCo's $1.7 billion Pizza Hut International division, and executive vice president of Pepsi North America. He spent the last 10 years leading private equity-based companies experiencing rapid growth or requiring a turnaround.

"His long-standing experience in sales and marketing is a perfect fit for instilling in Latex Foam a more customer-driven culture," said John Pouschine, managing director of Pouschine Cook Capital Management, a New York-based private equity firm and majority shareholder of Latex Foam.
