Woburn, MA — Bedding manufacturer Mystic Valley Traders has announced that it has been sold to Kyle and Adam Tager, two brothers out of the Boston area that already own a home furnishings store in Newton.
"It was a fabulous opportunity to grasp the reins of a well-established and reputable company sold on the quality of the product, design and reputation, as well as the strong employee team already in place," said Kyle Tager.
Adam Tager added, "[Founder and president] Nancy Mills has done a magnificent job of developing and growing this company. We respect her elegant style and unwavering dedication to quality and customer service. She epitomizes the very best in creativity and leadership."
The Tagers said they plan to continue production of both Mystic Valley Traders' Quick-Ship program and the higher-end Customs collections of top-of-bed linens and decorative pillows in its plant here. Mystic Valley Traders distributes to home accent and furniture retailers and interior designers.
