Albany International promotes Gauss

Albany, NY — Albany International Corp. announced the promotion of Christine Gauss to the position of international sales manager.
Gauss was most recently the PrimaLoft Home Furnishings product manager. Albany International is the manufacturer of the down alternative PrimaLoft.
In her new role, Gauss will be responsible for PrimaLoft sales in Europe and Japan, which will include building strategic partnerships with customers and developing new business opportunities within these market. Working with and reporting to Gauss will be Richard Ebert and Alessandro Raimondi, who are based in Munich, Germany and Milan, Italy respectively. Gauss will be reporting to Joseph Rumiesz, vp, PrimaLoft and High Performance Materials.
Gauss originally joined Albany International in 1998 as the East Coast sales representative for PrimaLoft.
