Byers exits Weave

HACKENSACK, NJ — David Byers, vp, design, Weave, has left the company. He had been with Weave for 20 years.

"We are actively recruiting a high-level designer to succeed David," said Roger Berkley, Weave's president.

Patterson Weber joins Robert Allen

NEW YORK — Terry Patterson Weber has joined the Robert Allen Group as senior vp, marketing and corporate communications, a new position.

Weber, ceo of The Odyssey Partners since 1998, a management consulting group, earlier held executive positions in the retail and fashion industries. She is responsible for marketing, public relations, e-commerce and customer services.

In other executive changes, Peter Gallagher, senior vp, sales, now has overall responsibilities for the company's sales activities, including Robert Allen, Robert Allen @ Home, Robert Allen Contract, Beacon Hill by Robert Allen and the Beacon Hill Showrooms.

Sheldon Delsack has returned to the sales arena as senior vp, sales. He is responsible for the company's institutional sales, including Robert Allen Contract and key accounts. Most recently he was senior vp, communications.

The three report to the office of the president, which consists of Ron Cordover, chairman and ceo, and Jeff Cordover, vice chairman.
