Zutler named dir. of creative at WestPoint

WEST POINT, GA —

WestPoint Stevens announced last week that Jacqueline Zutler has joined the company as director of creative services for the company's Basic Bedding Division.

Prior to joining WPS, Zutler was with Glenoit Corp. as the manager of graphic design. She has also worked for Perfect Fit Industries as senior art director.

She will work out of WestPoint's New York offices and showroom. Her responsibilities include visual presentations of products, such as packaging, as well as design of accompanying prints, display concepts, signage and trade advertising.

"This will complement and further strengthen the visual presentation of our famous brands and licenses as we continue to grow our basic bedding business," said Alan Kennedy, vp of merchandising for the division and to whom Zutler will report. "She brings real expertise to this area, with solid experience in both graphic design and advertising."
