Family Dollar hires Lamm, Shaskey-Platek

Matthews, N.C. – Family Dollar Stores has named Kecia Lamm vp of store operations and Holly Shaskey-Platek vp of change management and leadership development.
Lamm will report to Barry Sullivan, executive vp of store operations. Shaskey-Platek will report to Bryan Venberg, senior vp of human resources.
Prior to joining Family Dollar, Lamm served as vp/general manager Expo Design Center with The Home Depot Corporation. Lamm also spent 12 years with Target Corporation serving in positions of increasing responsibility in both merchandising and store operations.
Shaskey-Platek’s retail experience includes 17 years with Dayton-Hudson and Marshall Fields. Most recently, she served as vp of planning, programming and promotions with ShopNBC.
