Promoted to Newly Created Position of SVP, Product Development and Sourcing

New York Nancy Cartisano has been promoted to senior vp, product development and sourcing for Sure Fit, a new position. Cartisano, who had been vp, product development since October 2005, reports to Hugh Rovit, ceo.
Earlier she was director of home fashions for Dan River, and brings more than 20 years of importing, product development and international sourcing to Sure Fit.
Additionally, Adam Hartz has joined the company as a sales executive. Hartz most recently was buyer of independent and utility bedding at Hecht's, Washington, and spent eight years in home textiles in a 10 year retail buying background. He reports to Janet Solomon, vp, sales.
