American Textile to Open Dallas Facility

Duquesne, Pa. —
Basic bedding manufacturer American Textile Company (ATC) will open a new 105,000-square-foot production and shipping plant in Dallas in November.
ATC chairman Reid Ruttenberg said the new plant "reinforces our commitment to growing our bed pillow business." Added evp and vp operations Lance Ruttenberg, "The addition of this facility will allow us to serve our national retail customers more efficiently."
Randy Cowder, director of West Coast operations, will oversee the Dallas plant from ATC Western headquarters in Salt Lake City, where the company recently opened a similar facility.
