Prudential Gets Team In Order

Monticello, Ark. —

Prudential Capital Partners LLC, the new owners of Burlington Rug Corp. as of late August, recently made some promotions and new hirings to its management team as part of its restructuring plan.

Kelly Moore, previously vice president of national accounts, has been promoted to vice president of sales and marketing. Moore replaces John McLeod, who left for Shaw Industries to become vice president of sales and marketing for mass merchants.

Robert Devlin has been promoted to the newly created position of vice president of business development. Most recently, he managed manufacturing operations at the plant headquarters.

Adam Levy has been hired as chief financial officer. He replaces Joe Ratliff, who recently resigned from the post.

Roger Miller returns to the company after a two year absence to become vice president of operations — a newly restructured position.
