NEW YORK -The successful combination of David and Douglas Kahn will now be counted on even more by Croscill Home.
The home textiles company announced the appointment of David to ceo of the New York-based Croscill Home and of Douglas to coo of Croscill Home and ceo of its Royal Home Fashions subsidiary, which is based in Durham, NC.
David will retain the president's position for Croscill Home, while Douglas will do the same for Royal Home.
Mike and Stanley Kahn will remain as co-chairmen of the company.
"This is a simple reflection of the reality of the way we have operated the business for most of the past decade," said Mike Kahn. "David and Doug have already assumed leadership of the company, and together, with a very strong team of creative and operating professionals, they have developed an ever-involving but consistently successful business model."
Croscill, which recorded over $300 million in annual revenue over the past year, began as a window coverings manufacturer in 1946. It parlayed the success of its original product, called Croscilla, into the full-line company today.
