828 promotes Shuler to head all Carolina accounts

Greenville, S.C. – 828 International has promoted national accounts representative Candy Droege Shuler to add North and South Carolina accounts to her duties.

Shuler joined the company in March, bringing more than 30 years of career experience in the industry, having worked with various rug and home accessory companies, to her job.

Shuler is also in charge of the Greenville showroom, which is open to the trade by appointment.

“In the amount of time she’s been here, it’s been amazing what we’ve learned about our customers,” said John Shepherd, president of 828 International. “Her presence has helped us understand just how much our clients depend on companies like us, and I think Candy has already more than proven the value of her role with 828.”

Aside from her post at 828, Shuler is also an associate member of the Interior Design Society, and she recently finished her tenure as president of the alumni association of Columbia College, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Arts degree.
