HFPA is ready to play

New York — The annual HFPA Golf and Tennis Outing will return this June after a two-year hiatus, for the first time under the sponsorship of the HFPA Foundation, a non-profit arm that raises funds for scholarships.

The event is set to take place June 15 at the Glen Head Country Club in Glen Head, NY. Activities will include golf, tennis and relaxing by the pool. The HPFA Foundation also is accepting sponsorships, as well as donations of stand-alone items. All proceeds will benefit the scholarship fund.

"We are very excited that the HFPA is once again sponsoring the industry golf outing," said Bruce Resch, co-chairman of the event with Fred Maciarz of Santee Print Works. "Being able to help support students, the future of our industry, is the key to keeping us strong and fresh."
