Saks names senior vp of stores for Parisian division

Birmingham, AL — Saks Inc. has appointed Howard Parge as senior vp of stores for its Parisian division, a specialty department store chain of 41 locations, effective Feb. 11. He will report to Rob Gruen, president and ceo of Parisian.
With a background of 30 years of retail experience, Parge most recently served as senior vp of store operations for Ward's Stores Inc., from 1997 to 2001.
