JCPenney taps Evans for Private Brands

Plano, TX — Deborah Evans has joined JCPenney as vp, private brands, a new post.

Evans, who has most recently served in a similar capacity at Kohl's, has an extensive background in the retailing business.

She reports to Peter McGrath, president, private brands and senior vp, product development and sourcing.
