More Changes as Macy's Home Integrates Team

New York — The product development and design teams at Macy's Merchandising Group will be integrated with the merchandising teams at Macy's Home Store as of Aug. 1, under the leadership of Tim Adams, chairman, and Mike Osborn, president and coo, of Macy's Home Store.

At that time, Macy's Home Store senior vps will become responsible for both market and private brands for their categories of business.

In addition, Laurene Gandolfo has been named senior vp, general merchandise manager for home textiles at Macy's Home Store.

Gandolfo, who has been svp, home for Macy's Merchandising Group, will succeed Dave Vernon who will leave the company Aug. 31. She will begin the transition Aug. 1.

Vernon joined the Macy's Home Store unit at its organization in 2004, joining the group from the then Florida-based Burdines division of Federated where he was svp, gmm home.
