Jaunty Co. Expands

Jaunty Co. has opened a newly expanded headquarters and distribution center here, doubling its size to 40,000 square feet.
Kami Navid, executive vp of the hand-made area rug importer and wholesaler, said, "We are now able to continue our high level of service as we continue to expand our line with state-of-the-art computer programming and distribution techniques."
Jaunty Co. originated in Paris, France more than 60 years ago, expanding to the United States in 1979. Jaunty has introduced woven, hand-loomed and hand-tufted lines over the past 10 years. Navid said the company is also known as a state-of-the-art area rug concessionaire with comprehensive business models aimed at better to high-end furniture store chains.
