Neuburger looks at tabletop and kitchen

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. — KN Ltd./ Karen Neuburger, already an established brand in fashion and infant bedding, luxury mattresses, pillows, throws and sleepwear, said it is exploring expansions into table linens and kitchen textiles sometime in 2006, once its new tabletop, bakeware and decorative accessories line hits retail later this year.

The brand recently forged a licensing partnership with HouseWares International Inc. to create a line of branded cookware, bakeware, tabletop, beverage-ware and home decor accessories that are set to debut in March at the International Home and Housewares Show in Chicago .

This new kitchen-oriented line also includes candleholders, canisters, tea pots, dinnerware, functional serving pieces, drink-ware and coordinating French memo boards.Retail prices will range from $7.99 to $79.99.
