American Century Recruits Gallagher

Peter Gallagher has joined American Century Home Fabrics as vp, jobbing division, a new post.

Gallagher, a longtime Robert Allen executive, reports to David Lappert, svp, general manager of American Century. “Pete will run the cut order jobbing division that we started a year ago to sell decorators and reupholstery shops. It will be non-competitive with our other jobber business, different fabrics – both our own and others like silks,” explained Tom Finneran, president.
