Changes made to address buyer needs

KIRBYVILLE, MO. —
Tabletop, quilt, and home accessories importer/distributor Victorian Heart Company, Inc. has redesigned its Web site to focus on ordering ease and accessibility, said the company.
Victorian Heart added that the redesign is part of an effort to address changing buyer habits in the gift industry.
The updated site allows for a more complete approach to ordering. It offers rep contact information, trade show schedules, product lookup and care, licensee information, and an ordering shopping cart.
It also includes pictures from customers and a store locator based on zip code for end-users interested in purchasing the company's product from local retailers.
New items on the site include the availability of a multi-media CD catalog, a link devoted to new products, featured products, and sales items, an overview of the company, and a listing of company officers.
