McLaurin of Dundee, dead at 80

GRIFFIN, GA -Phil McLaurin, 80, who worked for Dundee Mills for 47 years, died here on Jan. 10 of Parkinson's and heart diseases.

He joined Dundee in 1938 as a sales clerk. He ascended to sales rep and was based in St. Louis in 1952 then moved to Chicago in 1965 as regional sales manager. He spent his entire career with Dundee Mills.
