Evteks organizer to debut New York textiles show

Istanbul, Turkey — CNR Overseas, organizer of the Evteks home textiles trade fair taking place here through Sunday, will launch an all-Turkish trade fair in New York this November.
The Turkish Home Textiles Show will feature 80 volume suppliers and will target volume retailers from mass merchants to department store chains, as well as volume wholesalers and importers, according to Ali Bulut, managing director. Some 40 percent to 45 percent of the exhibitors will be embroidery or window treatment suppliers. The remainder will be suppliers of bedding textiles and upholstery fabric.
The show will take place Nov. 4 to 6 at the Jacob Javits Center and will be managed by Pegasus Trading Co., a U.S. subsidiary that CNR formed earlier this year.
