New York —
Home Source International will be tripling its showroom size at 230 Fifth Ave. when it moves into the old Panache showroom on the 19th floor, suite 1910/1911 in time for the fall New York Home Textiles Market.
This brings the company's space from 630 to 1,890 square feet.
“This new showroom space will allow us the wherewithal to show the varied example of products we are sourcing for our client base throughout the world,” described Keith Sorgeloos, president of Home Source International.
In addition, the company has hired a new warehouse and distribution manager to oversee the expansion of the business, including customer service, logistics, warehousing and distribution. Sorgeloos's son, Scott Sorgeloos, starts July 1 and comes from the Hilton Corp., where he was a corporate sales manager of the Midwest for sports and entertainment.
In other news, Home Source International is venturing into jacquard bedding due to an exclusive distribution agreement with Mirabello Italy that will feature six new styles of luxury duvets in fashion colors set to retail for approximately $350 on a queen and $175 for a set of shams.
We would love your feedback!
