Veratex Taps DeRosa

Panorama City, Calif. —

Longtime home textiles executive Vincent DeRosa has joined Veratex as svp, sales and marketing.

DeRosa, most recently with TexStyle as evp sales and marketing, earlier had been president of Whisper Soft, which was acquired by TexStyle in 2008. Prior to that, he was vp of the bedding division at CHF Industries.

DeRosa reports to Avi Cohen, Veratex principal, and is based at the company’s New York office at 261 Fifth Avenue. He succeeds Debbie Sager, who is no longer with the firm.
