New York —
Nautica Home held a press preview last week to showcase its new bedding ensembles for spring 2010.
The season's looks include neutral tones, varied fabrics and graphic prints — all inspired by coastal living.
Summer Island features yellow silhouette flowers printed on khaki colored sateen. Coordinating decorative pillows accented by grosgrain ribbon in complementary colors complete the bed.
Ocean Ridge is a twill texture top of bed with navy and white yarn-dyed jacquard fabric in a quad layout paired with a simple printed stripe sheet. Embellished decorative pillows are accented with embroidery, decorative stitching and piecing.
Charleston is a paisley pattern updated in cool shades of gray with pin tucking and ribbon taping on the Euro shams.
Bodega Bay is a cotton yarn-dyed plaid duvet with window pane plaid cotton contrast cuffed sheets. Dec pillows feature taping, piecing and top stitching.
Lemon Grass features tropical flowers printed on a green faille texture with a subtle stripe printed on the sheets.
Santa Barbara employs shades of coral and yellow combined in a jacquard plaid pattern and is paired with printed window pane plaid sheets.
Prospect Harbor uses tones of sand, yellow and blue woven into a cotton canvas fabric in variegated stripes teamed with a solid sheet and a contrast color cuff.
In bath, the J-Class towel feature hollow-core Hygro cotton has now been made bleach safe.
We would love your feedback!
