Herndon expands buying duties at Ballard Designs

Atlanta — Carmen Herndon has named buyer, home textiles, fabrics and rugs at Ballard Designs, a catalog and Internet retailer for home furnishings and accents, and she continues to report to Laura Daily, vp, merchandising. Herndon was previously the buyer of lighting and rugs.

She replaces Terry Handelman, who has left the company.
