JCP in biggest After-Christmas sale ever

Plano, Texas – Hot on the heels of its “biggest-ever” Black Friday promotion, mid-tier giant JCPenney has announced its “biggest After Christmas sale ever,” featuring twice the number of “doorbuster” deals than last year.
JCP said stores will open Dec. 26 at 5:30 am, for another first: “the earliest opening on the day after Christmas in company history.”
Doorbusters will be offered from that moment through 1 pm on Dec. 26, the company said, with additional bonus coupons effective through Saturday, Dec. 27.
Meanwhile in its After Christmas White Sale and Clearance on both days, the home department of the 1,093-unit department store retailer will offer:
* 40-60% off entire stock of sheets.
* 40-50% off entire stock of bed pillows.
* 40% off all down and down alternative comforters.
The company added that its Dec. 27 hours will also be extended to an 8 am – 11 pm schedule.
Great News, although I for one will be cutting back on buying products such as window panels. I used to change 3 to 4 times a year but while the budget is tight I will reduce to once per year and choose more classics, less big patterns, subtle and classy.
