Safavieh names Ghadimi to new post

New York – To support increased business over the past year and growth projected for 2007, Safavieh has added a new position of Midwest sales manager.
David Ghadimi, formerly a sales representative in the company’s Long Island showroom, has been promoted to Midwest sales manager and will report to Cyrus Yaraghi, principal of Safavieh. Ghadimi will now be based in the company’s Madison Avenue showroom in New York.
Yaraghi said the rug supplier is projecting expanded growth in the Midwest, and will grow its sales and customer service staffs to develop and accommodate the growing customer base.
