Brylane names Shannon coo

New York — Michael Shannon has been named to the newly created coo position for Brylane Inc.

Effective April 15, Shannon will be responsible for leading the operations strategy within a unified group of support funtions including information technology, distribution, customer relations, and procurement. He will report directly to Russell Stravitz, ceo.

Shannon was previously with Toys R Us, where he served as president of worldwide logistics and administration, leading the technology, real estate, guest services, and distribution functions.
