Allentown, NY — Sure Fit Inc. announced that senior designer Al White, who has been with the company for 23 years, is retiring this month.
Replacing White as vp of design is Linda Schropp, who will oversee all product development. Prior to joining Sure fit, Schropp worked for Arley Corp. as design director in charge of product development and design. Schropp will oversee all product development from woven fabrics to prints to all new fabrications of finished products, both domestic and imported.
In addition, Choi Auyeung has joined the company as design quality manager for the design and merchandising team. Most recently, Auyeung worked for Spanish fabric company Dogi, which produced fabrics for intimate apparel companies.
Auyeung's primary role is to implement new strategies that will increase the quality of fabrics received from fabric suppliers.
Both Schropp and Auyeung report directly to Paula Neustat, vp of corporate development.
We would love your feedback!
