ASTM course readied

WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, PA -An overview of the new ASTM care labeling symbols and other ASTM standards commonly used for testing fabrics, apparel, and household textiles will be covered in a new training course.
The dates for the ASTM course are: June 6 to 7 in Vancouver; Sept. 12 to 13 in Boston; and Nov. 28 to 29 in NY.
Attendees will learn how to use specific test methods and materials specifications to establish fabric acceptability and performance, and product requirements for certification, calculate test results, and use reporting techniques.
The cost of the seminar is $695. The fee includes referenced ASTM standards, course notes, certificate of attendance, 2.1 continuing education units, and refreshment breaks.
