Two Sears execs make their exit

Hoffman Estates, IL — Sears has confirmed the departure of Kathy Bufano, executive vp, soft lines, and Mary Conway, executive vp, store operations.
Bufano's title and responsibilities will shift to Mindy Meads, who will also continue in her role as executive vp of merchandising and design for Lands' End.
Conway is being succeed by Bill White, formerly head of Sears Automotive.
