Huntingdon taps two veeps

MONTREAL —

Blanket, throw and decorative pillow manufacturer Huntingdon Mills recently appointed David Waters as vp, sales, responsible for the management of the company's global sales initiatives, and promoted Gilles Ouellet to vp, product development and marketing, responsible for managing the company's global product development and marketing initiatives.

Waters brings more than 15 years experience in the textile industry. Most recently he was vp of sales and marketing for Westchester Lace and Textiles.

Prior to his new stint, Ouellet was vp of apparel fabrics.

Both report directly to Russell J. David, ceo and president.

"I am pleased that our organization now has the scope to work closely with our customers in the development and sales of unique, high performance and fashion-oriented fabrics," David said.
