TROY, MI —
Kmart has named John McDonald executive vp and cfo, succeeding Jeffrey Boyer, who has left the company to spend more time with his family.
McDonald joined Kmart in September 2000 as vp and treasurer, and was promoted to senior vp, finance and treasurer this year. He has been responsible for the company's banking relationships, treasury and investor relations functions.
Regarding the departure of Boyer, who joined Kmart this past May from Sears, Roebuck and Co., Conaway said, "We appreciate the contributions Jeff has made since joining the Kmart team earlier this year and wish him well in his future endeavors."
We would love your feedback!
