Zambaiti shifts organization

New York – Luxury Italian bedding producer Zambaiti has moved its American headquarters from Spartanburg, S.C. to its showroom and offices at 230 Fifth Avenue here.
Claudia Parati, general manager, who had been based in Spartanburg, now is based here. “We reorganized ourselves to build new businesses and be ready to the return of the economy,” she commented.
“We want to be accessible to retailers and interior designers. We will have our showroom/office open every day, and I’ll be much more involved in marketing and oversee everything as general manager,” she said.
Overseeing the Spartanburg operations is Brian Munsey, executive vp of operations, a veteran home textiles manufacturing executive. He previously had been with Owens and Springs and most recently Biederlack.
