AmericasMart promotes Austin to vp, marketing and sales services

Atlanta - AmericasMart has promoted Brett Austin to vp, in charge of marketing and sales services.

He reports to Jeffrey Portman Sr., president and coo of AmericasMart Atlanta and its AMC Inc. parent entity.

Austin’s new appointment expands his previous responsibilities for the past four years as AMC marketing and publishing procurement/production director, managing all goods and services acquisition and directing production of all print material.

“Brett’s huge contributions in our marketing and publishing production operations equip him well for the expanded responsibilities that come with his vice presidency,” Portman said. “He will continue to play an important role in our mission of continuous improvement by targeting enhanced efficiencies and value across a variety of AmericasMart operations.”
