Warner taps Gardiner as senior vp

BURBANK, CA -Nairi Gardiner has been promoted to senior vp, finance and operations for Warner Bros. Consumer Products, based here.
She will be responsible for handling the rollout of licensee and agent audits worldwide, in addition to overseeing the company's business systems initiatives and strategic planning.
Gardiner joined Warner Bros. in 1990 as controller. Within four years, she was promoted to vp and group controller. In 1997, she became vp, finance.
Prior to joining Warner Bros., she held management positions at Micropolis Corp. and Price Waterhouse.
She reports directly to George Jones, president, Worldwide Licensing and Warner Bros. Studio Stores.
