I have been mislead by the company Sleep Innovations based in New Jersey. I purchased a pillow/foam core with case and washed the foam according to tag on pillow. Now, upon calling I am told i washed it incorrectly, by Ms Gracie Quest. She stated their is nothing she can do unless I have the original receipt, which I do not after aprox 9 mo to one year. I went to the store where I purchased and was told different than what Ms Quest stated. Even though I am a member of this store, Sams Club, their will only be a journal tape without name of product purchase and I must know the month it was purchased in last year. No one can tell me that the company "Sleep Innovations" cannot know how old the pillow is by numbers that are on the tags. I feel very cheated by this company, when all I am asking for is for them to replace the foam with correct care and/or washing instructions. I followed the instructions to a T, only to have Ms.Quest tell me I did it wrong. Is their anyone, who could please put me in contact with someone who truly cares about standing behind the product they sell @ Sleep Innovations? Thank-You
