White Plains, N.Y. —
More than 350 companies from at least 20 countries are expected to exhibit at the first annual Global Home Textiles show, said show producer George Little Management (GLM).
Global Home Textiles will take place May 8 to 10, 2007 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. Two other major home products events will be co-located: GLM's Gourmet Housewares Show and Reed Exhibition's National Hardware Show. Together, the three shows are expected to attract more than 40,000 participants.
“As the U.S. home textiles industry moves away from manufacturing to a global sourcing model, GLM's trade shows are evolving to meet the industry's changing landscape,” said GLM vp and group show manager Penny Sikalis.
Upwards of 3,000 attendees will include retailers, wholesalers, importers, exporters, distributors, manufacturer's representatives, buying offices, sales agents and product development teams. Information is available at: www.globalhometextiles.com.
