Services being held for industry vet Paul Billig

Los Angeles -- Paul Billig, an industry veteran of over 40 years, died this week and will be remembered today at a 1 p.m. (Pacific) at Sholom Memorial Park in Sylmar, Calif.

Billig started his career with United Merchants selling piece goods and went on to work for Croscill for 20 years, establishing its West Coast operations. For the last 15 years, he represented several companies in the home textiles field, including TexStyle, Ex-Cell, Spring Valley Floral and Eagle Textile.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested a donation to The American Heart Association.
