Pompano Beach, Fla. – HomeDecShow has signed an agreement with Onstream Media Corporation to develop a virtual tradeshow and business community for the home, textiles, gifts and decorative accessory industry.
The global business is expected to launch by late summer.
HomeDecShow's ceo Mitchel Buchwalter, with more than 30 years in the home textiles and accessories industries, is the former ceo of Lorraine Linens, Inc. and Quaker Lace.
The business will employ Onstream's MarketPlace365 solution, which provides lead generation, social media marketing and a comprehensive communications platform that will allow publishers, associations, trade show promoters and entrepreneurs to creative their own online virtual marketplaces.
"Onstream's MarketPlace365 platform is a one-stop, plug-and-play turnkey virtual tradeshow and marketplace that will enable HomeDecShow to quickly create a portal for quality leads, content and interaction in the home decor industry. Being that the show stays up and running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the platform will bring b-to-b communication and collaboration to a whole new level,” said Muchwalter.
HomeDecShow is currently taking online exhibitor booth reservations from designers and manufacturers/suppliers of bath and bedding, tabletop, window treatment, rugs, kitchen, decorative pillows, holiday decor, eco-friendly sustainable textile manufacturers, yarn producers, gifts and decorative accessory wholesalers, and distributors. It is also recruiting experts in all of areas of interior design and home decor for keynote presentations.
