Vivatex to debut at September Market

New York – Vivatex will make its first market showing next month at 295 Fifth Ave., Suite 713.

Founded seven months ago by 40-year industry veteran Hyman Gindi, Vivatex offers window, fashion bedding, sheet sets, bath rug sets, shower curtains and kitchen textiles. Distribution goes to dollar stores, discounters, specialty stores, catalogs, internet retailers and department stores in the United States and Latin America. The company’s distribution warehouse is located in Brooklyn.

“We have out own design team here and in China,” said Gindi. “We’re always coming up with new things.”

Added son Mark Gindi, vp, “We bring fashion at a price point. We’re price point-conscious.” For example, he said, Vivatex’s core market in window hits $9.99 and $14.99 retails.
