Evans joins JCPenney

PLANO, TX —
Deborah Evans has joined JCPenney as vp, private brands, a new post.
Evans, who has most recently served in a similar capacity at Kohl's Corporation, has an extensive retail background.
She reports to Peter McGrath, president, JCPenney private brands and senior vp, product development and sourcing.
