Bloomingdale's names new domestics vp/dmm

NEW YORK — Liz Bailey has been promoted to vice president, divisional merchandise manager for domestics at Bloomingdale's.
Bailey succeeds Laurene Gandolfo, who joined Federated Merchandising Group as senior vice president, home.
Bailey reports to Joe Laneve, senior vice president, general merchandise manager of home furnishings. She began her career at Lord & Taylor, later joined Bergdorf Goodman and joined Bloomingdale's in 1989, rising from buyer to vice president, divisional merchandise manager in a number of apparel businesses. She later left to join Claires' Accessories and rejoined Bloomingdale's in 2001 as vice president, divisional merchandise manager for Young World, her most recent position.
