Minneapolis — —
Minneapolis —While the brick-and-mortar stores are still not stocked with merchandise, Target's Global Bazaar — the retailer's post-holiday program created last January to stir sales in the typically sluggish New Year sales period — could be shopped online at Target.com last week.
A trip to a major Target store in Miami showed only empty shelves with several signs alerting shoppers, “Global Bazaar Coming Soon,” because the furniture and decorative products have not yet arrived to the stores, according to Target team members. Global Bazaar merchandise is expected to be available to store shoppers in the next week or so.
But at Target.com, this second run of Global Bazaar showed an expansion of regions from five to seven. Asia is now split into Asia Modern and Asia Traditional.
We would love your feedback!
