Kohl's cfo exits company

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI —
Kohl's has announced that its cfo, Patti Johnson, has left the company for personal reasons, returning to California.
Johnson joined Kohl's in 1998 and became cfo in August 2001.
"We would like to thank Patti for her many contributions to Kohl's," said Larry Montgomery, chairman and ceo. "We wish her and her family well on their return to California."
On an interim basis, the financial organization will report to Arlene Meier, coo.
