New York —
Williamsburg, the home furnishing and accessories product arm of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, recently unveiled its 2006 Home Collection during a pre-market gathering of licensees at the Central Park Boat House.
The brand currently rings up more than $100 million in sales across a variety of retail channels. The addition of six new licensees brings its stable to nearly 60 home furnishings companies ranging from accessories to furniture. In home textiles, Williamsburg licensees include F. Schumacher, its finished textiles division Waverly, Pine Cone Hill, C&F Enterprises, India Overseas, Capel, Obeetee and Phoenix.
“We are fortunate that we continue to find high-quality manufacturers who believe in our vision of bringing fresh ideas from the 18th century into the 21st century home,” said Jim Easton, vice president of products for Williamsburg.
During the event in Manhattan, Williamsburg presented five vignettes featuring families of design across a host of product categories.
