Mooresville, N.C. —
Lowe's Companies, Inc. has promoted Mike Mabry to executive vice president, logistics and distribution.
In his new capacity, Mabry will maintain responsibility for overseeing Lowe's distribution network and assume responsibility for the company's logistics function, which together expedite the replenishment of merchandise to more than 1,000 Lowe's stores across the country.
“Mike's supply chain background and expertise has strengthened a function that is already a key competitive advantage for Lowe's,” said Robert Niblock, Lowe's president.
Mabry joined Lowe's as senior vice president of distribution in 2003 after a 12-year career with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., where he served most recently as vice president of Global Services.
