Veteran home furnishings retailers Paul Callaro, Bob Gordon and Nancy Borchers Wallace have joined Linens 'n Things as vp/dmms.

Callaro is responsible for window coverings, table and kitchen linens, throws, toss pillows and slipcovers.

Gordon will oversee frames and framed art, lighting, furniture and area rugs.

Wallace will supervise candles, seasonal and decorative accessories, tabletop, juvenile, glassware and flatware.

Callaro was most recently director of merchandising, Home Style for QVC. Earlier he was dmm at Abraham & Straus, and he began his career at Macy's where he was a buyer in home textiles.

Gordon had been a longtime divisional vp for home textiles and luggage at Federated's former Seattle division, The Bon. He also worked at Frederick & Nelson in Seattle. He held buying positions in housewares, living room furniture and home textiles.

Wallace most recently was at Boscov's, and earlier had been at The Great Indoors, Lord & Taylor, Steinbach's and Royal Doulton. She began her career at Macy's.

All three report to Robert Homler, executive vp, merchandising.
