Penney honors Chinni

PLANO, Texas — JCPenney’s Charlie Chinni, executive vice president, general merchandise manager, home, fine jewelry, footwear and women’s accessories, received the company’s Chairman’s Award.

The award, the retailer’s highest honor for managerial excellence, also was presented to Greg Franko, vice president, divisional merchandise manager, window coverings and luggage; and Cecil Naftel, custom decorating manager.
