Kmart Announces Executive Changes

Kmart has named Donald Germano senior vice president and general manager for Kmart stores and Dene Rogers executive vice president, restructuring and business improvement.
In his new position, Germano is responsible for the financial performance, operations and management of all of Kmart's stores and reports to Aylwin Lewis, CEO and president of Sears Holdings.
Germano previously served as vice president of inventory management and replenishment. He joined Kmart in 2001 as divisional vice president, supply chain, and has held increasingly responsible positions within Kmart's supply chain organization.
Rogers will report to and work closely with William Crowley, executive vice president, and chief financial and administrative officer, according to the company. He previously served as executive vice president of Kmart stores.
Rogers joined Kmart in 2003 and served in a variety of roles before assuming the position of senior vice president, stores, in 2004. Before joining Kmart, he was senior vice president, planning, development and new products for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.
